Hand AI real work. Check what comes back.
Six levels, from choosing between Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to setting your team's rules. Every lesson answers one question, in plain words, for the way AI works at the office now: you ask, you hand over a task, and you check what comes back. Where a tool is involved, the steps for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini sit side by side, as of Oct 2026. Each lesson ends with something to try on your own work and a three-question check.

- 1
Claude
The simplest start to finish: one conversation for a quick question or a whole task, and it asks before it acts.
- 2
ChatGPT
A strong agent in ChatGPT Work, with a cloud browser for sites you sign in to and tasks that start when an email arrives.
- 3
Gemini
The best fit if your company runs on Google Workspace. Its agent, Task, is for personal accounts for now.
First: For company data, use the tool your company approves, on your work account.
