WHAT'S IN THE BOX

01-facilitator-guide-A4.pdf and -Letter.pdf
    Start here. The plan minute by minute, what to say, the three exercises,
    all four practice sheets with their answers, the emails, and the sources
    ("Checked against", page 21). Page 4 puts Claude, ChatGPT
    and Gemini side by side: where each keeps its cited reports, its edits and
    its approvals, which model to use, and my recommendation.

02-slides.pptx
    The 15 slides, with speaker notes, made for PowerPoint. If you use Keynote or
    Google Slides, open it there and check the layout before you present.
02-slides.pdf
    The same 15 slides as a PDF, ready to present from any laptop.

03-participant-handout-A4.pdf and -Letter.pdf
    One page per person: the three checking habits, the routine, and space to write.

04-practice-sheets-A4.pdf and -Letter.pdf
    The four practice sheets, without the answers, ready to print:
    1 The desk move (Exercises 1 and 2)
    2 The cited report (Exercise 3, part A)
    3 The edited file (Exercise 3, part B)
    4 The ticket figures (for teams that work with numbers, or a second run)
    Print sheets 1 to 3 for each pair. The answers are in the guide.

05-emails.txt
    The invite (a week before), the follow-up (the next working day),
    the habit check (two weeks later) and the feedback question.

06-feedback-form-A4.docx and -Letter.docx
    One question on one page, to print or to edit. Open it in Word to see its
    writing lines: the Mac's quick preview (the space bar in Finder) leaves them out.

fonts/
    Outfit, the typeface the slides and the form use. It is free
    (SIL Open Font License, in OFL.txt).


BEFORE YOU OPEN THE SLIDES

Install the three Outfit fonts first, so the slides look as designed:
    Mac: double-click each .ttf file, then click Install Font.
    Windows: right-click each .ttf file, then click Install.
The small pixel-style labels on the slides are pictures, so they look right on any computer.
Each one carries its words as alt text. The timings on the slides are for the 60 minute plan.
If you can't install fonts, present from 02-slides.pdf.


IN ONE LINE

Read pages 1 to 5 of the guide a few days before. Send the invite. Try Exercise 1 yourself.
On the day, keep the guide open beside the slides and follow it.


A NOTE ON DATES

pages. These tools change monthly: check the settings and menus in your own tool.
